Giorik Snack 60 LFG6720 8+8 Ltr Slimline Twin tank gas fryer

Another slimline twin-tank gas fryer from Giorik's compact Snack 60 range, again splitting 8 litres of oil into each of two tanks to keep two products frying separately without cross-contamination. Being part of the Snack 60 line means it's built to a smaller overall footprint than Giorik's standard-width fryers, aimed at kitchens with limited counter space that still need the flexibility of separate oils for, say, fish and other battered product. Twin 8 litre tanks put this at a moderate capacity, enough for steady service rather than the highest-volume frying operations, which would typically look at a larger single or twin-tank unit instead. A practical option for smaller kitchens or as an addition to an existing gas cook line where full-width fryers won't fit.
