Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

Payment is required in full before dispatch. We accept payment by bank transfer and card (where enabled). Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.

Delivery

Please allow 7–15 working days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Warranty

Products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
