Giorik Easyair NEMG72 7 rack Gas convection oven with humidity & 2 speed fan

The NEMG72 is the 7-rack gas-fired version in Giorik's Easyair range, sitting at the same capacity point as the electric NEME72 but drawing on a gas supply instead of electricity. As with the larger NEMG102, that's generally worth it where gas is already piped into the kitchen and running costs matter more than the extra install complexity of a gas connection. The same humidity control and 2-speed fan carry over from the electric models, so the choice here is really about fuel type and installation rather than functionality.
