The MR321-EU takes 3 x 600 x 400mm bakery trays, with humidity and 2-speed fan control in a smaller footprint than the rack-style Easyair ovens. Its tray-based capacity, rather than rack slots sized for gastronorm, makes it a natural fit for a bakery or in-store bakery counter already working to the standard 600 x 400mm tray size used across most bakery equipment. The 2-speed fan gives the same gentle-versus-firm airflow control as the larger Giorik ovens, useful for handling delicate pastries and firmer bread bakes from the same machine.
