This Giorik SERG201 Steambox Evolution Roll In Gas combi oven is fitted easy to use Touchscreen controls, core cooking probe with Delta T and retractable hand shower. Oven must be fitted with a water treatment system.

• 7" Touchscreen programmable controls- with 120 preloaded recipes. Programs available with 9 phases of cooking + pre-heat
• One touch Favourite Menu - 9 recipes can be stored in a dedicated favourite folder for quick access
• Modes of cooking - Grill, Roast, braise, au gratin, smoke, bread and pastry cooking, oven fry. Temperature range 50 - 300ºC
• Supersteam - Steam quality control system - 2 levels of steam generation
• Programmable controls - 99 menus can be stored - with upto 9 phases of cooking in each programme.
• Automatic "Liquid detergent Closed wash system" - uses upto 50% less water than a standard open wash system, with a choice of 4 wash cycles

• Premix burner - fitted with the latest generation high efficiency gas burner, based on a gas/air premix - this reduces gas consumption by 40% and oven heat up time by 50%.
