Giorik MR42X 4 x 600 x 400mm tray electric convection oven with humidity & 2 speed fan

The MR42X steps up from the MR321-EU to 4 x 600 x 400mm trays, giving one extra tray of capacity per bake while keeping the same humidity and 2-speed fan control. That extra tray can matter during a busy period where the 3-tray MR321-EU would mean running an additional cycle to get through the same volume. As with the rest of the Giorik convection range, the fan's slower speed setting protects delicate bakes from being disturbed by strong air movement, while the faster setting suits bread and other heartier items that benefit from more vigorous heat transfer.
