Chefs Range ECEH213L - Twin tank 11.5+11.5 Ltr Electric Filtration fryer & basket lift

The twin-tank ECE213, with 11.5 litres of oil in each of its two tanks and filtration built in, fitted with an automatic basket lift on top. As with the single-tank ECEH126L, the basket lift removes the reliance on staff manually timing and pulling baskets, helping keep cook results consistent across busy service and different operators, while the twin tanks let two separate fried products run independently without their oils mixing. Filtration on both tanks keeps sediment from breaded or battered product from building up and tainting the oil, extending its usable life.
