Chefs Range BH5 - 5.5 Ltr Counter top Heavy duty planetary mixer

The BH5 is a compact 5.5 litre countertop planetary mixer, sized for smaller batches — finishing touches, small test batches, or a lower-volume kitchen that doesn't need a floor-standing machine. Sitting on the worktop rather than the floor keeps it out from under foot and easy to move between prep stations as needed. Despite the smaller bowl, it still uses the same planetary mixing action as the larger heavy duty machines in this range, so the quality of mix isn't compromised just because the batch size is.
