Chefs Range CRP80 - 80 Ltr, Variable Speed Heavy duty planetary mixer with trolley

The CRP80 tops this planetary mixer range at 80 litres, again supplied with a trolley to move the loaded bowl safely to and from the mixer rather than relying on staff to lift it. At this scale it's aimed squarely at high-volume bakery or catering production, where mixing in smaller batches on a lesser machine would mean running the mixer many more times through the day to hit the same output. Variable speed control means the same machine can still handle delicate mixes as well as heavy dough, despite its size.
