Chefs Range ECEH126L - Single tank 21.5 Ltr Electric Filtration fryer & basket lift

The single-tank ECE126 fitted with a basket lift, holding the same 21.5 litres of oil with built-in filtration but adding a mechanism that automatically raises the basket out of the oil at the end of a cook cycle. A basket lift takes the timing judgement away from staff having to remember to pull a basket manually, which helps keep frying consistent across busy periods and different members of staff, and reduces the risk of product being left in too long and overcooking. Combined with the fryer's existing filtration system, this gives a single-tank unit that manages both oil quality and cook consistency with less hands-on staff input needed at busy times, useful in kitchens with higher staff turnover or less experienced fryer operators.
