Moretti Forni PB120EB-1. 4 Tray - Single Deck Electric Bakery oven

The PB120EB-1 is the 4-tray version of Moretti's PB120 single-deck electric bakery oven, giving one extra tray of capacity per bake over the EA-1 model in exchange for a larger oven footprint. For a bakery working close to the limit of a 3-tray deck, that extra tray can be the difference between running one bake cycle instead of two through a busy morning. As a single deck it's built for bakeries that don't need to run separate products simultaneously, and like the rest of the PB120 range it's designed so a second or third deck can be added later if volume grows.
