This Moretti Forni RL/240 Roll In prover cabinet is designed to work alongside the Moretti R14 Rotary bakery ovens.

- Roll in - will accept a trolley holding upto 18 x 600 x 400 Euronorm trays
- Temperature range - upto +45ºC
- Electronic Controls - Manages both temperature and humidity settings
- Upto 8 leavening timers allowing you to quickly set the appliance with the possibilty of timed switch on
- Audible alarms signals the end of the program
- Humidity - relative humidity can be set bewtween 30% and 95%
- Humidity is generated by immersed heating elements whilst heating is by seperate heating elements
- Directionalbe air flow for even temperature distribution
- Insulation - Isothermal 40mm thick polyurethane insulated panels
- External finish - White finish with aluminium frame
