Moffat's D4RW is a drop-in refrigerated well fitted with a curved glass open-front gantry, which gives a softer display profile if that suits your counter design better than a hard-edged square front. The Polar Air Stream system is what actually keeps food cold and fresh here - a constant wall of cold air moving across the well and recirculating rather than just chilling from below, which holds pre-chilled fruit, veg, salads or drinks at a steady 2°C to 5°C. It's self-contained with the refrigeration unit tucked underneath in its own cradle, running on R290 gas, with automatic defrost and LED lighting from above so the display doesn't get shadowed.
