Diamond BBM/4N-B1 Wengé Wood Warming Bain Marie Salad Bar, 4 x 1/1 GN

Diamond's BBM/4N warming bain marie salad bar comes with a real timber finish rather than the usual stainless-steel-everywhere look, and this version is in a dark wengé wood - a good match for a more premium-feeling servery counter than a straight commercial finish would give you. Underneath the finish it's all standard bain marie hardware: a crossed base for plate and cutlery storage, brushed stainless steel posts, a tempered glass sneeze guard on both sides, and stainless steel tracks either side for folding shelves or an easy-pass service style. Two 3500W heating elements in the stainless steel tank hold food at 20°C to 90°C across 4 x 1/1 GN pans, with a simple drain valve for emptying the tank at the end of service. 100kg, 1 year parts-only warranty.
