This Chefs Range GJ810 automated processor is designed to save valuable labour time and can Shred, Dice or Cut Semi frozen & Cooked meats, Salami, Fruit & Vegetables, Garlic, Ginger etc. Ideal for Food processors, Farm shops, Large Hotels, etc.

• Automatic operation - simply load the hopper with produce and push the button, a ram then pushes products against the cutting blade
• Can Dice, Shred (Julienne) and Slice by fitting the relevant blades - see options for blade selection
• High Output - Diced Potatoes 155kg/hr, Sliced Cabbage 189kg/hr, Diced Swede 109kg/hr
• Large front viewing screen with loading hopper see thru lid
• Safety shut off switch - When front cover is open or hopper lid is open
• Supplied with 1 x 320mm dia Adjustable cutting blade 1 - 10mm thickness
• Construction - Die cast aluminium body with 304 stainless steel blades
• Supplied with blade removal tool, cleaning brush & safety gloves
• Blade options; - Julienne (shredding) Blades - 2, 3 or 4mm.. Dicing Blades - 6x6mm, 10x10mm, 12x12mm, 20x20mm, 25x25mm, 31x31mm (1 cutting blade TEDBCB) is required when using Dicing blades.
