This table-top ice-cream turbine produces 9 to 12 litres an hour, a step down in throughput from the larger floor-standing TGV/20DA but sized to sit on a counter or stand rather than take up its own floor footprint. Air condensing again keeps the plumbing simple, needing just a drain rather than a full water-cooling supply. At W410 x D510 x H590mm and 81kg, it's still a substantial piece of kit for a countertop machine, and it runs from a three-phase 400V supply.
