The NPSF9 is the higher-output of Parry's countertop electric fryers, drawing 9kW to heat a 9-litre oil tank - more power into the same size tank than its NPSF6 sibling, which means faster recovery between baskets when you're frying back to back through service. At 23kg it's the heavier of the two models, reflecting the bigger element assembly inside. Temperature runs 50°C to 200°C, and cleaning follows the same simple routine as the rest of Parry's countertop range: switch off, let the oil cool, open the safety drain valve into a bucket, then lift the elements clear of the pan to wipe it down.
