Refractory stone underneath and individually controlled top and bottom elements let the Italforni ES9-3 Heavy duty Triple deck electric pizza oven – 27 x 12″ Pizzas turn out an authentic base, and it can stack with other Italforni ES9 decks if you need more capacity later. A steam release valve, counterbalanced doors, interior light and a mirror-finish stainless steel front with a decorative hood all come as standard. Each deck measures 930 x 930 x 170mm and takes 9 x 300mm pizzas, with its own digital readout and programmable control up to 450°C. Not glamorous, just genuinely useful on a busy section.
