Imperial Free Standing Propane Gas Fryer IFS-2525

This IFS-2525 shares the same twin 14 litre tank design, 32kW (140,000 Btu/hr) output, 914 x 394 x 762mm dimensions and 100kg weight as the natural gas model, but runs on propane gas instead. The same 93°C to 204°C temperature range, four heavy duty burners, double panel door, aluminium side panels and large drain port with crumb screen carry over. Independent controls on each tank still let you run two products at different temperatures without one contaminating the other. It comes with a 1 year parts only warranty - the version to specify wherever propane rather than natural gas is the available supply.
