The thermostatically controlled hot cupboards can be set between 30-110°C and feature a bright polished stainless steel interior and holds four GN 1/1 containers on each of the two removable rodded wire shelves. Two sliding doors provide easy access. The units are supplied on castors allowing them to be easily moved for cleaning.
