Yes, we accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery. Because we supply heavy-duty commercial catering equipment, returns are subject to a restocking fee (typically 25%) which is charged by our manufacturers. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and on its original pallet.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at info@foodfactorytech.co.uk. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund promptly at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed or altered
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Special-order or bespoke items
  • Items returned without prior authorisation

How to Request a Return

Email info@foodfactorytech.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the applicable restocking fee.
