Q - How should I clean my pizza machine or oven.
A - We highly recommend to get your pizza machines serviced every 12 months so you are on the safe side. We also recommend you to clean the machine everyday after in use with a copper or brass wire brush and chemicals that are appropriate for machinery purposes.

Q - What's the difference between Conveyor belt & Ovens.
A - The main difference is the belt, the word conveyor is used because the belt is constantly moving making food much quicker. This is mainly used for high volume businesses
The oven on other hand is a still heat component placing food in and controlling it with a pizza peel. This is mainly used for low volume businesses. However can be maintained with higher volume businesses but would depend on quantity of ovens.

Q - Can I fit the pizza machines or ovens myself?
A - No! Always best to get a qualified electrician and gas fitter to prevent any damage or fire or any life threating events.

Q - When will my order arrive?
A - The delivery period stated is approximate and usually 21 to 42 days from the order. All delivery periods stated are “advisory” and estimated. We shall have no liability whatever for delayed delivery.

Q - Should I make any special recommendations for delivery?
A - Access should be clear between the kerbside drop off point and the products final position. The surrounding area from the kerbside to the shop entrance should also be clear before the pizza machine or pizza ovens arrival.
