The PVJ-050-2 is Josper�s double Basque Grill in one module, ideal for adding a smoky, BBQ-style flavour to your food. It has been innovatively designed for optimal thermal insulation, with an exclusive ventilation system based on a multi-chamber air circuit. Its natural heat convection flow limits heat and temperature transfer, promoting ease of use. It uses a hydraulic height regulation system, allowing for smooth and continuous movement of both grill grates at different heights throughout the cooking process, to ensure your food is cooked to perfection. The double grill in one module enables higher cooking quantity and ease of use similar to the PVJ-076-2, but with added compactness, it is ideal for kitchens with limited space. When paired with Josper Marab� charcoal, the basque grill will add new depths to meats, fish, vegetables and more, and substantially enhance any kitchen operation.
