The Josper Combination Oven & Grill is the perfect combination of two systems: the enclosed grilling system of the Josper Charcoal Oven and the traditional open Basque Grill in a single unit. This unique pairing provides versatility, elaboration of technique and greater control when cooking. Quick temperature regulation can be achieved with the easy height adjustment of the basque grill, and volume of production can be increased by operating both machines simultaneously.
