Slicing meats up to 30mm thick, the robust and heavy duty Ital Food Slicer is home anywhere where meat is on the menu, be it restaurants, cafes, bistros, butchers or others. The feet are non-slip to secure the device and avoid any unnecessary accidents, nonetheless an emergency stop button is also integrated onto the device to minimise damages or risk of injury. A blade sharpener comes attached to the device and ensure each sluice is as finely trimmed as the last.
