The Hobart Ecomax F504W-20B (formerly F504W) is a high-capacity, German-built commercial dishwasher with a large 500mm rack, able to wash up to 60 racks or 1,000+ plates per hour (18 plates per rack). With economical wash cycles ranging from 60 to 150 seconds and low water usage of just 2.3 liters per rack, it efficiently reduces energy and water consumption.

Standard features include a drain pump, rinse pump, integrated detergent and rinse aid dosing, and electronic controls with digital temperature display. It also has a thermostop function for consistent temperatures and a counter for cycle and water tracking, ideal for monitoring water treatment systems. Available in both regular and water-softened versions (F504SW-20B).
