Elegantly made of beech wood multiplex with a high-quality glass tube and stainless steel components.  Ehe silo fits easily in any gap thanks to its narrow design or covers entire walls when hung in series.

Regardless of whether used as a single bulk bin for grain or as part of a set for packaging-free filling in the shop. The silo system can be expanded as required, is always ready to hand, clear and hygienic – and of course 100% plastic & BPA free.

We offer outlets with a diameter of 30, 45, 64 and 89 mm in order to make the dosing of the quantity as easy as possible.  We can offer bespoke diameters for unusual speciality goods.

By pressing the lever, the flow rate can be continuously regulated from 0-100%. The larger the diameter, the more volume can flow through it per second, so it is advisable to choose the diameter that best matches the product, e.g. 30 mm for very small produce such as amaranth & quinoa, 45 mm for many types of grain, 64 mm for larger ones Filling goods such as nuts & muesli, as well as the 89 mm outlet for very large filling goods such as pasta.

The glass tubes are available in lengths of 23, 37 and 50 cm and are made of DURAN® glass (DURAN is a registered trademark of the Duran Group GmbH (formerly Schott)). Our glass tubes come with a diameter of 12, 15 and 20 cm. All glass tubes can be easily removed for cleaning.

All of our dispensing systems are all made of solid stainless steel and have an integrated spring (removable) to automatically stop the filling process and make portioning child’s play.

Our standard bracket system consists of a bracket made of stainless steel and an auto-stop function.

Instead of a bracket, the deluxe system comes with a side handle with an auto-stop function and a stainless steel positioning nozzle at the outlet.
Especially important for packag-free stores: The deluxe system comes with a magnetic lock system which allows very quick and tool-free dismantling. This makes cleaning the outlet (which, depending on your local regulations, might be with each re-fill) child’s play and extremely time efficient.

Mounting

Easy to Mount

Only two screws are required to securely mount the glass silos to a wall. The silo (or just the glas) can be removed at any time for cleaning.

Mount several glass silos to a rear wall

For extremely fast mounting and dismounting in stores, you can alternatively use our retaining plate accessory with which the silo can be easily hooked into a wall assembly. The rear wall assembly can be manufactured according to the available wall space, so that you can use your sales area optimally. Thanks to the retaining plate, the silos can also be freely positioned.

Freestanding Gondola

To get the most out of your floorspace, hawos also has a free-standing gondola.  Up to 12 silos can be attached to this using a retaining plate. It also comes with a large storage compartment that is sturdy enough for produce to sit on it as well.

Taking the frills out of refills.

Our optional filling station allows even easier re-filling. Remove the silo from the wall and hang it on the filling station.

This not only saves time when filling, but also guarantees that nothing is spilled.

The glass tubes are easy to remove for cleaning. A cleaning system based on microfiber technology is also available from hawos as an optional accessory.
