Victor Synergy DHHP3 Heated Ceramic Hot Plate 5GN

The largest hot plate in this line stretches to 1831mm wide and 90kg, enough of a jump that it steps up from a simple plug to a single phase supply rather than the plug-in connection the smaller two units use. That's worth checking against your kitchen's electrical setup before ordering. Everything else that makes the Synergy DHHP3 range work is carried over: an energy regulator-controlled base for even heat, dimmer-controlled quartz halogen lamps overhead to keep the display looking its best, and a stainless steel build backed by a 2 year parts and labour warranty. At this size it's built for a serious hot counter rather than a compact display, holding several gastronorm pans of hot food at serving temperature across a long service.
