Victor Evolution+ SEHT90SW Heated Display

At 900mm wide this is the larger of the two heated displays in the Evolution+ range, giving considerably more counter length to hold hot food than the 600mm SEHT60SW, and at 252kg it's noticeably heavier as a result of the extra width. It's built in stainless steel with the same black finish and plug-in power supply as the smaller unit, and the same 2 year parts and labour warranty applies. This is the size to go for when a deli or food-to-go counter needs to keep a genuinely wide spread of hot food on view and accessible at once, rather than a narrower selection. The chilled equivalent in the same range is the SERT90SW if you need refrigerated rather than heated display.
