Pitco SELV14S-C/FD-FFFF 4 vat ROV frysuite.

This is the largest configuration in Pitco's ROV frysuite range, with four vats each holding 14.7 litres of oil and drawing 17kW, and each taking two baskets. In-built filtration extends oil life and cuts costs at every change, with easy lift-out immersion elements, a production monitor to track cooking activity, and a drain valve interlock safety system built in. Construction is stainless steel, backed by a 1-year parts and labour warranty and a 10-year tank warranty. Four vats suit a high-production, fast-paced kitchen that needs several oils or products running in parallel, well beyond what the 2- or 3-vat versions in the same range can offer.
