Doubling up on the single-tank PB33, this boiler runs two 7 litre tanks from 2 x 3kW elements, giving twice the pasta-cooking capacity in a 600mm wide unit rather than the 300mm footprint of the smaller model. That extra capacity brings the weight up to 22.8kg from the PB33's 12.5kg, but everything else about the range carries over unchanged — front-mounted controls, thermostatic temperature control, a hinging element with safety cut-out for easy tank cleaning, and corrosion-resistant elements built for constant boiling-water use. Front taps on both tanks make draining straightforward at close of service. Worth the step up whenever a single tank isn't enough to keep pace with pasta orders during a rush. Same 2 year parts and labour warranty as the PB33.
