Lincat Silverlink 600 Bain Marie Base Unit BM6W

Like its siblings in the range, this bain marie base unit — the Lincat Silverlink 600 Bain Marie Base Unit BM6W — keeps the same core build. It's a wet-heat bain marie base with front drain taps. It comes in Silver. On the tape measure that's 290(H) x 600(W) x 600(D)mm, at 14.4kg. Runs on Plug, 2kW. Takes a 1/4 GN quarter gastronorm. It's part of the Silverlink range. It's backed by a 2 Years Parts & Labour warranty. Straightforward to run under pressure, which is when it matters most. Built for a fast-paced servery rather than occasional use.
