Lincat Convection Oven Convector CO235M
4.6kW. Capacity: 3x 1/1GN
This CO235M steps up the power to 4.8kW on a single phase 230V supply, considerably more than the 3kW CO223 models, while adding a third shelf within the same 645 x 810 x 850mm footprint and 1/1 GN capacity. It weighs 70.5kg, marginally more than the CO223 pair, and keeps the same 30 to 260 degree range and two-speed bi-directional fan found throughout the range. UK-made, it suits kitchens running a higher volume of full-size GN cooking who need the extra shelf and power. It's the entry point of the two CO235 variants here.
