Lincat Convection Oven Convector CO223T

This CO223T matches the CO223M for 1/1 GN capacity, 645 x 810 x 850mm dimensions, 70kg weight, 2 shelves and the same 3kW, 230V supply with a 30 to 260 degree range and two-speed bi-directional fan. It's priced higher than the M version, pointing to a different control or spec tier while sharing the same physical footprint and core cooking capability. Like the rest of the Lincat convection range it's UK-made. Worth considering over the CO223M if the higher specification justifies the extra cost for your kitchen.
