Falcon F900 Smooth Griddle Propane Gas G9541
Propane Gas. 8.8kW . 400mm Wide
Running on propane instead of a gas main, this F900 smooth griddle steps up slightly to an 8.8kW burner - a little more output than the natural gas version's 8.2kW - while keeping the same 100°C to 300°C thermostatic control and polished steel plate for everything from pancakes to steaks. The grease trough runs right round the plate into a removable collection tray, so clean-down is a case of emptying a tray rather than scraping the whole surface. Same 350(H) x 400(W) x 900(D)mm footprint and 50kg weight as the natural gas model, same stainless steel build and 2-year commercial warranty from Falcon.
