Falcon F900 Smooth Griddle Natural Gas G9541

The Falcon F900 smooth griddle turns out everything from breakfast pancakes and eggs to steaks and chicken off the same polished steel plate, thermostatically controlled across a 100°C to 300°C range so you're not guessing at heat by eye. This natural gas version runs an 8.2kW burner, and the plate is fully surrounded by a grease trough feeding a removable collection area, so wiping down between services is quick rather than a scrub job. At 350(H) x 400(W) x 900(D)mm and 50kg it sits neatly into the F900 modular range, stainless steel construction throughout, and it's backed by Falcon's 2-year commercial parts and labour warranty.
