Falcon Dominator Plus Natural Gas Chargrill G31225

Falcon's Dominator Plus G31225 chargrill is built for volume - 12 heavy-duty, double-sided cast iron brander bars across a 1200mm-wide cooking surface, fed by 4 cast iron burners and radiants rated at 31.8kW. The double-sided bars effectively double the working life of the grilling surface, since you can flip and reuse them as one side wears. Variable burner control lets you back off the heat in quieter sections to keep energy use down rather than running everything flat out. This natural gas version runs off a mains supply and holds a 50°C to 300°C range. At 286kg it's a genuinely heavy-duty piece of equipment, stainless steel throughout, with Falcon's 2-year commercial parts and labour warranty.
