Falcon Chieftain LPG Heavy Duty Salamander Grill G1528

Running on LPG rather than a gas main, this Chieftain G1528 salamander grill gives kitchens without natural gas the same infra-red surface combustion burners as the rest of the range - fast to heat up, fast to recover between orders, which is what you want from a grill that's going to be gratinating and browning through service. The five-position shelf runners let you dial in how much heat food gets without having to swap grills for different jobs. Same output as the natural gas version at 13.2kW (49,500 Btu/hr), same enamelled cast iron build with a stainless steel finish, same 505(H) x 900(W) x 555(D)mm footprint and 82kg weight. Falcon's 2-year commercial warranty applies here too.
