- Square glass design
- Capacity; 5 x 1/1gn + 5 x 1/3gn
- The display will hold 1/1gn pans upto a depth of 150mm and the 1/3gn pans upto 100mm
- Convected heat with finned heating elements maintains constant temperature
- Digitally thermostatically controlled temperature range upto +65/85ºC - with temperature readout
- Humidification is produced through an evaporation pan in the bottom of the tank and is fitted with automatic water control
- Fitted with overhead halogen lamps
- Fitted with food core temperature probe allowing food to be constantly monitored
- Fitted with drain for easy draining and overflow
- Supplied with rear sliding doors
- High quality 304 stainless steel finish
