Diamond SX-80E Electric Salamander Grill

Diamond's SX-80E is an electric salamander grill, running on a three-phase 400-230/3N supply within an 800 x 590 x 590mm footprint and weighing 37kg. Mounted above a pass or worktop, a salamander applies intense heat from above rather than below, making it the tool of choice for finishing dishes — browning a gratin, melting cheese, or crisping the top of a dish just before it goes out.

Because it works from above, it doesn't tie up hob or griddle space, letting a kitchen run a finishing station in parallel with the rest of the cook line during service. It's part of Diamond's Grill & Warming Machines range and comes with a one year parts warranty.
