Diamond STAR-HD-R Hot Dog Steamer

The STAR-HD-R is a hot dog steamer, running on a 230/1N supply within a compact 440 x 300 x 400mm footprint and weighing just 9kg — light enough to sit on a counter in a concession stand, cinema kiosk or quick-service unit without needing reinforced staging. Steaming keeps hot dogs and buns moist and ready to serve rather than drying out under a heat lamp.

For high-footfall venues serving hot dogs continuously through the day, a dedicated steamer like this holds stock at serving temperature without further cooking it, so product doesn't overcook while waiting for the next customer. Diamond covers it with a one year parts warranty.
