Diamond PSW-D-FC Wok Pan for Wok Induction Hob

This is a dedicated wok pan sized for use on Diamond's wok induction hobs, measuring 360mm across and weighing just 1kg. Rather than a standalone cooking appliance, it's the pan itself — shaped to sit correctly on an induction wok ring and transfer heat evenly across its curved base, which a flat-bottomed pan can't do on the same equipment.

Getting the pan right matters as much as the hob underneath it for wok cooking, since induction only heats where the pan and coil are in proper contact — a mismatched pan on an induction wok burner can leave cold spots exactly where high heat is needed most.
