Stepping up to a 600 x 1200mm working width, this fixed-speed floor-standing sheeter is built for bakeries running a genuinely large sheeting operation rather than a boutique pastry section. At W2770 x D3290 x H1170mm and 292kg it's the heaviest of Diamond's socle-mounted sheeters in this batch, so plan the delivery access, floor loading and final position carefully, particularly given its footprint of well over three metres in depth. Castors are fitted to the base, letting the machine be pulled clear for cleaning underneath and behind. It draws a three-phase 400V supply. Fixed-speed operation keeps the control panel simple, which suits high-throughput production where consistency of run speed matters more than adjusting for delicate dough.
