Diamond KEB-G61 Gas Gyros / Kebab Grill

The KEB-G61 is the gas version of Diamond's gyros and kebab grill, holding the same 25 to 35kg spit capacity as the electric KEB-E60 within an identical 580 x 660 x 870mm footprint and matching 31kg weight. It draws a 230/1N electrical supply as well, most likely to run the rotating spit motor and any electronic controls alongside the gas burners themselves.

Choosing gas over electric often comes down to what's already piped into a kitchen and how quickly the grill needs to reach working temperature, since gas burners typically respond faster to being turned up or down mid-service than an electric element. As with the KEB-E60, it's built for continuous vertical-spit cooking rather than batch grilling, and it carries Diamond's one year parts warranty.
