The GEMMA60-V is a ventilated hot cupboard holding up to 60 plates of 340mm diameter across three internal shelves, running on a 230/1N supply and heating from +50°C to +130°C — a wide enough range to hold plates gently warm or run hotter for keeping cooked food at temperature. Behind its single hinged door, ventilation helps even out heat across the shelves rather than leaving hot spots near the element.

At 30kg and mounted on two braked castors, it can be wheeled into position and then locked in place for service, which suits busy passes where the cupboard needs to stay put but still be moved for cleaning or reconfiguration. Diamond covers it with a one year parts warranty.
