Diamond GEM-350-N Plate Warmer Cupboard

Diamond's GEM-350-N is a plate warmer cupboard holding up to 30 plates of up to 350mm diameter behind a single hinged door, running on a 230/1N supply and standing 870mm tall on a 400 x 460mm base. At 30kg, it's designed to live permanently under a pass or servery rather than move around a kitchen.

Keeping plates warm before food goes onto them is a small detail that has a big effect on how food arrives at the table, since a cold plate pulls heat out of the food sitting on it within seconds.
