The FTG-60-SS pairs Diamond's 600 x 450mm double enamelled griddle plate with a gas burner rather than an electric element, covering the same 0°C to 300°C working range as its electric counterpart. At 32kg, it's built to sit permanently on a cook line rather than move between locations, suited to kitchens already running gas that want the larger twin-plate format for parallel orders.

As with the smaller FTG-40-SS, gas heating gives fast recovery between batches, which matters when a griddle is running back-to-back through breakfast or brunch service. The enamelled surface is easy to maintain day to day, and the unit comes with Diamond's standard one year parts warranty.
