This BBM/4N salad bar is finished in light oak rather than the darker wengé option, but runs the identical bain marie underneath - a crossed base for storing plates and cutlery, brushed stainless steel posts, glass sneeze guards on both sides and LED lighting over the display. Two 3500W heating elements keep 4 x 1/1 GN pans at a steady 20°C to 90°C, drawing standard 230V single-phase power, and a drain valve in the tank base makes emptying it out at close of service straightforward rather than needing to bail it out. Stainless steel tracks on both sides take folding shelves or an easy-pass door configuration depending how you want customers to move along the counter.
