Diamond AUP2213 Wall Cooker Hood with Air Compensation

Diamond fitted this wall hood with three 500x500mm stainless labyrinth filters, built in AISI 304 stainless with welded AISI 430 sides. This particular one is the AUP2213. Weight comes in at 87kg. It comes with a 1 Year Parts Only. It's made by Diamond. An isolated fresh-air chamber with its own volume regulator stops condensation forming, a welded channel carries fat to a drain tap underneath, and lighting is IP65-rated LED. A wider hood extracts over a larger span of cooking, which matters when equipment runs the full length of a suite.
