Diamond 4P Matrice Bronze "Spaghetti 0,8 Mm"

Fitting Diamond's professional pasta extruders, this die is machined in bronze for Spaghetti (0.8mm). It's a classic long strand pasta, and the die's bore size is what sets the finished strand's diameter. The usual trade-off with bronze is a slower extrusion speed than Teflon, but the coarser surface it leaves on the pasta is the one most chefs and diners actually prefer. As with the rest of Diamond's die range, this cut comes in more than one size — confirm which one matches your extruder before placing an order. Diamond backs it with a one-year parts warranty, and it weighs about 1kg as supplied.
